PET POLICY

$350.00 non refundable pet fee

Pet owners must provide up to date shot records

Pet owners must provide a rental policy naming New Covenant Realty, Inc as payee for the time pet occupies property.

FURNISHED HOMES:

#1 - Applicant must apply and pay application fee of $25.00

#2 - When approved applicant will be sent a lease to be e-signed through Docusign

#3 - Property will be secured when tenant signs lease and pays $700.00 cleaning and damage deposit - if tenant does not move in security deposit shall not be returned

#4 - Upon move in day tenant shall pay rent due, $200 cleaning fee and if traveling with pet that fee also.
